Is it safe to buy open-box baby gear from REBEL?

Yes — quality and safety are our top priorities. Every item is professionally inspected before it’s listed. We never sell recalled products or anything that doesn’t meet our strict condition guidelines. In many cases, items are open-box but never used (like a duplicate baby shower gift). That’s our Pinky Promise.

Where does REBEL get its products?

We work directly with trusted brands and retailers. When items are returned, overstocked, or come from display models, they’re sent to us. We inspect, verify, and list them — so you’re not buying from random sellers, but from a curated source of verified, quality-checked products.

How do I know what condition the item I want is in?

We list every item with a clear condition label — Open Box, Overstock, or Imperfect — so you always know what to expect.

Open Box: Simply opened but never used.

Overstock: Never opened and never used.

Imperfect - Simply opened, never used, but may have some minor scuffs or dents. Small imperfections, like light scratches or marks, might be present.

How much can I save with REBEL?

Most items are 20% to 70% off retail, thanks to our Smart Pricing technology. We use real-time data to set prices based on condition, demand, and how long an item’s been listed — giving you unbeatable value without any guesswork.

What is Smart Pricing?

Smart Pricing is our dynamic pricing engine. It looks at things like product condition, how long an item has been listed, demand, and retail trends — then sets a fair price for you. No haggling, no inflated markups — just real savings, every time.

What products can I use promo codes on?

Promo codes work across most of our site — but a few brands like Costway, Littlebot, Kiddie Couch, Baby Joy, and Green Walnut are excluded. If a promo isn’t valid, you’ll see a heads-up right away at checkout.

Are there financing options available?

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll email you an order number and receipt.

What happens if I bought something and it stops working?

If something stops working shortly after you start using it, we want to help. We’ll accept a return within 7 days only if the item has a functional issue that wasn’t disclosed. Just reach out and we’ll verify the issue and make it right.

Where do you ship?

We offer nationwide shipping (All Canadian provinces except the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.) We do not ship to some remote areas. Some remote areas may have an additional shipping fee.

Bulky item restrictions apply to things like furniture, travel systems, cribs, dressers, large outdoor play items, and rockers. Enter your postal code on the product page to check availability.

We offer a range of payment options to keep things convenient. You can use any major credit or debit card at checkout – Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, all of those will work. We also support speedy checkout methods like Shop Pay (if you’re logged in with Shopify), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay for a quick tap-and-go experience. If PayPal is your go-to, you’ll be happy to know we accept that too (when available). And of course, REBEL-issued gift cards or credits can be applied to your purchase as well. Essentially, if it’s a common payment method, we likely support it. Just choose your preferred way to pay on the checkout page, and you’ll be all set. We’ve made sure our payment process is secure and flexible for your needs.

Do I need to create an account to shop on REBEL?

No, you don’t have to create an account to shop with us – we’ve made sure you can check out as a guest if that’s your preference. During checkout, you’ll have the option to continue without logging in or signing up, so you can complete your purchase quickly. That being said, creating an account is a handy option. It lets you save your details for next time, view your order history, and track shipments easily. If you plan on shopping with us often (and we hope you do!), an account can save you time and help keep everything organized in one place. But if you’re just making a one-time purchase or simply don’t want another password to remember, feel free to use the guest checkout. We’ll process and deliver your order with the same care either way.

How do I create an account on REBEL?

Creating an account is quick and straightforward. Here’s how: On the REBEL homepage, find the Sign In / Register area (on a computer it’s usually at the top right; on mobile, check the menu). Click Create Account and you’ll be taken to a registration form. Just fill in your name, email address, and pick a password you’ll remember. Once you submit that, we’ll likely send you a confirmation email to verify your address. Open that email and click the confirmation link inside – this step helps us make sure it’s really you. And that’s it – your new REBEL account will be activated. Now you can log in anytime to see your orders, manage your details, and make checkout faster. It’s a small upfront step that makes shopping with us even easier. Welcome aboard!

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

It’s easy to reset your password if you’ve forgotten it. Just go to our sign-in page and click on Forgot your password?” (usually located right below where you would enter your login credentials). Then, enter the email address linked to your REBEL account and submit. We’ll immediately send you an email with a special link to reset your password. Once you get that email (it should arrive within a few minutes; check your spam folder if it doesn’t show up), click the provided link. It will open a secure page where you can create a new password for your account. Choose a new password, type it in (you might need to confirm it by typing it a second time to ensure accuracy), and then save. Your password will be updated instantly. After that, you can log in with your email and new password as usual. If for any reason the reset email doesn’t arrive or if you have any trouble resetting your password, just reach out to us at support@fromrebel.com and we’ll assist you further.

How can I view my past orders or check my order status?

To see your past orders or find out the status of a current order, just log into your REBEL account and head over to the Order History (sometimes labeled as “My Orders” in the account menu). There you’ll see a list of all the orders you’ve placed with us. Each order entry will show a status – for example, it might say “Processing” if we’re still preparing it, “Shipped” if it’s on its way, or “Delivered” if it reached you. Click on an order to view the details: you’ll get the full breakdown of items, the order date, and if it’s shipped, you’ll find the tracking number or a “Track” button. Clicking the tracking will show you the delivery updates from the shipping carrier.

If you checked out as a guest and don’t have an account to log into, don’t worry. In that case, you can rely on the emails we sent. Your order confirmation email has your order number and summary, and once your order shipped, we sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link – you can click that link to see the status of the delivery. And of course, if you ever have questions about what you see (or if something isn’t updating), you can always reach out to our support team. We’ll happily give you an update on your order status.

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from the REBEL newsletter and emails?

To join our email list (and get updates on the latest deals and news from REBEL), you can simply sign up with your email on our site. Look for a signup form at the bottom of the page! Enter your email there and submit. If you’ve created a REBEL account, you might have also been given the option to opt into our newsletter during registration or in your account settings – make sure that option is checked. Once you’re subscribed, we’ll send you periodic newsletters with new product arrivals, upcoming sales, and maybe special subscriber-only offers.

If you ever decide that you don’t want to receive these emails anymore, it’s easy to unsubscribe. Every promotional email we send out has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. It usually says “Unsubscribe” or “Manage email preferences.” Click that, and it will take you to a confirmation page to remove your email from our mailing list. If you have a user account, you could also log in and navigate to your profile or settings and find your email preferences – from there you can uncheck or disable promotional emails. After you unsubscribe, please allow a little time for our systems to update; you might get one last newsletter if it was already in production, but after that you’ll stop receiving them. Keep in mind, even after unsubscribing from marketing emails, you’ll still get important order-related emails when you make purchases (like order confirmations and shipping updates). Those aren’t promotional – they’re just to keep you informed about your orders. And remember, you’re welcome to subscribe again anytime if you miss our updates!
