Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of Canada and the United States who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees of REBEL or its affiliates or of their advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family of such employees and persons with whom such employees are domiciled (whether or not a member of their immediate family; “immediate family” is defined as parents, siblings, children or spouse) are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period: The giveaway begins on April 3, 2025, at 9am ET and ends on April 6th at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any person who submitted an entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.

Winner Release: The selected entrants will also be required to sign and return within a specified time period a declaration and release form which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with the rules and acceptance of the prize was awarded without substitution; (ii) releases REBEL, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with the giveaway, the selected entrant’s participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the prize or any portion thereof; and (iii) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of their names, address, voice, statements and/or photograph or other likeness, without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by REBEL in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the Internet.

Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on April 16th 2025, via Instagram DM and or email and contacted directly. Winners must respond within 48 hours (2 business days) to claim their prize, or another winner will be selected. Declining the prize, failing to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question (for Canadian winners), failing to return the properly executed declaration and release form within the time period indicated or otherwise failing to comply with the rules will cause the prize to be forfeited and a new winner selected in accordance with the process for the prize, as described above.

Prizes: 1 winner will be selected to win a $500 REBEL gift card and a 1-year supply of Lovevery Play Kits. Any costs or expenses incurred by the winners in claiming or using their prize will be the responsibility of the winners. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, no cash substitutes. REBEL reserves the right to substitute a prize (in whole or in part) with a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value.

Shipping: Prizes will be shipped to winners at no cost. Shipping is only available within Canada and the United States.

General Conditions: REBEL reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Marketing communications: With your consent, REBEL and Lovevery may use your username and certain contact information contained within your entry (such as your name or email address) to send you promotional and marketing communications.
